The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of navigating a fast-paced technical environment. This individual must be comfortable working with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders while independently identifying opportunities to improve program execution and implementing solutions that drive measurable results.
Day to Day Includes:
•Support the Technical Program Manager by coordinating work across multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
•Capture customer requirements/commitments, maintaining an action log, driving follow-ups, and closing items on schedule.
•Apply working knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and resource coordination to day-to-day activities to keep execution moving.
•Track record of improving workflows, standardizing processes, and reducing friction through practical continuous improvement.
•Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and leadership-ready reporting that improves visibility and decision-making.
•Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment to requirements before release to leadership or the customer.
•Possess strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to brief clearly, drive decisions, and gain buy-in for improvements with technical teams and government stakeholders.
•Successfully operate with ambiguity, prioritizing quickly, and moving work forward without waiting for perfect information.
•Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent the program credibly in front of senior leaders and customers.
