Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Shape user experience and visual design for digital products by conducting user research and building wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Develop cohesive, intuitive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Apply comprehensive design systems, color theory, and grid layouts to ensure usability across multiple applications.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and translate findings into wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design and implement responsive, human-centered interfaces using modern front-end technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to build intuitive solutions that resolve complex user problems.
• Maintain visual consistency and seamless usability across products by applying design systems and grid frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous interface and experience improvements.
