Risk Management Framework (RMF) Coordinator – Skill Level 2

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Coordinator to provide a process that integrates risk management activities into the system life cycle. In this role, the individual will perform and complete organizational and management tasks that support Government cyber mission efforts. The position involves managing information security and system and enclave risk across the organization. The individual will manage risks, risk mitigation plans and strategies, deadlines, and progress across Technical Task Orders and leadership teams. This role ensures mission priorities are delivered within budget constraints, with efficient performance, and on schedule.

Requirements:

• 
  Must have the ability to coordinate Technical Task Order tasks with customer organizations at the directorate, group, and office level as necessary to implement Risk Management Framework services.
  
• 
  Must possess the ability to communicate with clients regarding expectations and goals to ensure alignment of risk management activities.
  
• 
  Must be capable of collaborating with the Government Program Manager, Government leadership, Business Financial Managers, Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, mission teams, and agency leadership regarding organizational and program risks.

  Must have the ability to work with mission teams and the Government Program Manager to identify risks impacting organizations, programs, and systems.
  
• 
  Must possess the ability to collaborate with mission teams and the Government Program Manager on the development and execution of risk mitigation plans and strategies.
  
• 
  Must be capable of coordinating risks, risk mitigation plans, and progress across multiple teams to ensure task delivery is completed on time and within budget.
  
• 
  Must have the ability to organize and coordinate transition efforts with industry partners, leadership, Program Managers, and mission leaders.
  
• 
  Must have eight years of experience in risk management, process improvement, or project management, including one year of experience with Commercial Off-the-Shelf risk management tools, statistics, data collection, analysis, data presentation, and automated data management tools in a classified environment, experience with Agile Scrum methodology, and three years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired, or twelve years of experience if no bachelor’s degree is held.

  Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Program Management, or a related business or technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or four additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree, and must be DoD 8570 compliant with IAM II.

  Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  

Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
