Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into clean, maintainable, production-ready code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, develop user personas, perform usability testing, and refine interfaces based on user feedback and findings.
• Responsive Design and Accessibility: Build responsive, accessible web interfaces optimized for performance across devices and browsers, ensuring compliance with applicable accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Modern Web Frameworks: Develop and maintain front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Design Tools: Create and maintain high-fidelity design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to align design and development efforts with user needs and project objectives.
• Version Control and Code Management: Use Git-based version control systems, preferably GitLab, to manage source code, track changes, and support collaborative development.
• Problem-Solving and Optimization: Identify usability challenges, troubleshoot front-end issues, and continuously improve the functionality, accessibility, and overall quality of digital products.
Required Qualifications
• U.S. citizenship. Dual citizens may be considered, subject to applicable security clearance requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent certification.
