Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Full Stack Developer on behalf of its client, a US Government program. The developer builds secure, cloud-native applications from database schema through backend services and production user interfaces, as part of a team of 2 to 3 developers reporting to a technical lead. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure applications across the full technology stack.
- Support existing platforms while building pilot solutions and custom MVPs.
- Handle API development, dashboards, legacy data migration, and authentication integration.
- Deploy solutions across AWS partitions and classification levels.
Core Technology Stack
Python/Django, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Aurora, AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Keycloak
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Python backend expertise: Django, FastAPI (including async) and modern Python 3.13+.
- Production-level React or Next.js experience.
- RESTful API design and Backend-for-Frontend patterns.
- PostgreSQL schema design and optimization.
- AWS deployment across classified partitions.
- Terraform module development.
- Authentication integration (Keycloak, OIDC, SAML, CAC/PIV).
- GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows.
- Development for STIG-hardened, FIPS-validated environments.
- Must reside in Maryland and work onsite 2 to 3 days per week in Suitland, MD.
Compensation: Base salary of $150,000 to $170,000.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
