Job Title: Technical Trainer / Military Operation Specialist
Work Arrangement: Onsite (9/80 schedule, every other Friday off)

Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Technical Trainer Specialist on behalf of its client, an aerospace and defense company supporting US Military programs. The successful candidate sets up, configures, and documents hardware and software systems for testing across multiple platforms, and develops and delivers structured training that helps users understand and retain what they learn. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, currently in use, is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing across multiple platforms, including loading custom and commercial software.
- Develop and lead structured training sessions that help users understand and retain what they are learning.
- Build, configure, and integrate new and existing hardware packages to roll out upgrades, deploy applications, and enhance system capabilities.
- Own the hardware configuration process and train others to use it effectively.
- Support day-to-day training system operations.
- Work with design teams on system updates and feed user feedback into training materials.
- Occasional travel to support training and integration at other locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, currently in use.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with test procedures.
- Training or technical trainer background.
- Ability to assemble precision equipment.
Compensation: Base salary of $120,000 to $140,000.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
