Description:
This position is for a Cryptography Subject Matter Expert to support critical national security programs. The individual will provide technical expertise in cryptographic systems, algorithms, and protocols to ensure the security of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cryptographic solutions for various systems and applications
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and development teams
• Review and evaluate cryptographic standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic technologies
• Stay current with emerging threats and advancements in cryptography

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cryptography and information security
• In-depth knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and standards (e.g., AES, RSA, ECC)
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and tools (e.g., OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle)
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and threat modeling
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with quantum cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
• Knowledge of hardware security modules (HSMs) and secure enclaves
• Experience working on classified programs

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
