Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Application Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in web application development
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with back-end technologies and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
