TTG-370 - Systems Administrator - IT Equipment Installer (Full P

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Equipment Installer to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This role involves delivering engineering services for network infrastructure, enterprise computing, and providing solutions for complex and high-profile programs. Key responsibilities include installing, relocating, and decommissioning IT equipment; managing and labeling network cabling; coordinating with project managers; and providing remote hands support. Perform hardware installations and decommissions, optimize Data Center cooling efficiency, manage network cable inventory, and support Service Management processes by handling service tickets.

Full Performance Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.

Requirements: 3 yrs - 5 yrs 11 mos

• Basic knowledge of IT network systems, topology, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network cable connection types within a Data Center environment (e.g., CAT5e, CAT6, LC-LC Fiber, SC-SC Fiber)
• Experience in installing, modifying, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting network cabling
• Experience in racking IT devices and cabling network equipment in Data Center racks
• Ability to handle tickets for local support and implementation purposes
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience

• CNET Training - Data Center Fundamentals
• IDCA Training - Data Center Infrastructure Expert (DCIE)
• CNET Training - Data Center Technician Professional (DCTP)

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
