The United States Space Force (USSF) at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO is searching for an Intelligence Specialist to support Delta 11 33RD RGS (GG-0132-13).

Description :
Internal Contacts (Squadron): The purpose is to provide authoritative intelligence analysis that directs the development of aggressor tools and tactics. The employee advises operators on how to accurately emulate adversary behavior.
External Contacts (Intelligence Agencies): The purpose is to obtain the raw technical intelligence necessary to model adversary capabilities and to collaborate with other analysts on emerging cyber threats.
External Contacts (Blue Teams/Training Audiences): The purpose is to understand their training objectives and provide expert threat briefings before exercises, and then to gather feedback after exercises to refine aggressor TTPs.
Ideal Candidate :
To begin working in the job today, a new employee must possess expert-level knowledge of multi-source intelligence principles and advanced analytical fusion methodologies to evaluate adversary space, counterspace, and cyberspace capabilities in a Contested, Degraded, and Operationally Limited (CDO) environment. The candidate must have demonstrated skill in synthesizing complex, ambiguous data into predictive threat intelligence and integrating these findings into military training, specifically Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) exercises. Exceptional communication skills are required to provide authoritative briefs and advisory support to senior leadership and national/coalition partners. Mandatory requirements include holding or being immediately eligible for a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance and a background check. A bachelor's degree in National Security, Intelligence, Space Operations, or a related field is highly desired, as is the completion of a formal DoD or Intelligence Community basic intelligence analysis course (e.g., Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification or equivalent military intelligence training).
Key Skills and Abilities :
1 Knowledge of the full range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multisource intelligence information systems to capture data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments to interpret policy and commit resources. 2. Knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detailed analyses of complex information/situations attained from multiple sources, to include database manipulation.
3. Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations, and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations.
4. Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing collection requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients.
5. Skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
6. Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively.

- Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program.
- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework".
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
- Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments.
- PCS / relocation funding is not authorized.
