ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a SIGINT Operations Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to support a contract in Colorado Springs, CO. If you have experience as a SIGINT Operations Analyst, this opportunity might be for you.

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a SIGINT Operations Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to support a contract in Colorado Springs, CO. If you have experience as a SIGINT Operations Analyst, this opportunity might be for you.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
- Demonstrate understanding of the U.S. SIGINT Enterprise, including key organizations, mission relationships, and coordination mechanisms relevant to operational planning and execution.
- Apply knowledge of SIGINT policy, guidance, and oversight requirements to support operational compliance and the proper integration of SIGINT capabilities into mission activities.
- Support the development, review, staffing, and refinement of SIGINT CONOPS, policies, standard operating procedures, information papers, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal directorate elements, command staff, subordinate commands, and external stakeholders on SIGINT operational matters to support planning, synchronization, and execution.
- Analyze operational requirements, intelligence gaps, and mission priorities to recommend appropriate SIGINT support approaches, capabilities, and coordination actions.
- Monitor SIGINT support to assigned missions and identify issues affecting tasking, collection, reporting, dissemination, or operational responsiveness; elevate concerns and recommend corrective actions, as appropriate.
- Support SIGINT participation in exercises, rehearsals, planning events, and working groups by identifying requirements, coordinating support, documenting outcomes, and capturing lessons learned.
- Maintain SIGINT-related trackers, support matrices, contact lists, and knowledge management products necessary to sustain continuity, situational awareness, and mission support.
- Position may require work during weekends, nights, or other non-standard duty hours.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Active DOW Top Secret clearance with SCI is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. An additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in SIGINT operations, SIGINT planning, cryptologic support, intelligence operations, or related mission support.
- Shall demonstrate understanding of the U.S. SIGINT Enterprise, including key organizations, mission
- relationships, and coordination mechanisms.
- Shall possess knowledge of SIGINT policy and guidance sufficient to support operational compliance and oversight.
- Shall have experience supporting the development, refinement, and implementation of SIGINT Concepts of Operations, operational plans, contingency plans, exercises, and theater SIGINT activities.
- Shall be able to coordinate internal directorate elements, command staff, subordinate commands, the National Security Agency, Service Cryptologic Offices, and other external stakeholders on SIGINT operational matters.
- Shall possess the ability to author, review, and staff SIGINT-related policies, standard operating procedures, information papers, and briefing materials.
- Position may require work during weekends, nights, or other non-standard duty hours.
