Job Description
SABG is hiring a full-time Strategic Allied Integration Analyst (SME) to provide analytical support to the USSTRATCOM/J57 International Affairs branch and enable a data-driven allied engagement strategy. The analyst will synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to assess allied contributions, support targeted influence operations, and provide insight into the effectiveness of USSTRATCOM assurance activities. The position will analyze allied military capabilities, defense spending, and operational readiness; support international Key Leader Engagement planning; maintain engagement and capability data; assess adversary responses to U.S. and allied strategic messaging, exercises, and engagements; and evaluate allied contributions and alignment with U.S. economic and security interests. This position is contingent upon contract award.

RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At a minimum, the ideal candidate will meet the following experience requirements (candidates that exceed these requirements are strongly preferred):
• Master's degree (or higher) in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Data Science, or a related national security field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in, or demonstrated working knowledge of, strategic deterrence theory, including its historical application, current U.S. models, and the specific political and military conditions required to justify extension of nuclear deterrence to non-nuclear allies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in, or demonstrated working knowledge of, strategic-level military planning, joint operations, and the organizational structure of the U.S. nuclear enterprise; ability to translate high-level strategy into operational concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize disparate qualitative and quantitative data, such as policy documents, intelligence reporting, diplomatic cables, and operational data, to produce clear, concise, data-driven assessments for senior leader decision-making.
• Experience with data visualization, statistical analysis, sentiment analysis tools, or development of predictive models is highly desirable and directly supports command objectives.
SUPERVISION : This position will support USSTRATCOM/J57 and may coordinate with Government personnel, operational and strategic planners, wargame participants, interagency stakeholders, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Service components, allies, and other mission partners in support of wargaming and experimentation activities.
Additional Qualifications:
SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office Suite; data visualization, statistical analysis, sentiment analysis, database, and predictive modeling tools as applicable; and standard Government planning, collaboration, presentation, and decision-support tools.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy documents, intelligence reporting, diplomatic cables, operational data, defense-spending information, strategic guidance, and allied engagement materials. Ability to prepare clear, concise, data-driven assessments, reports, briefings, and Key Leader Engagement support products for senior leaders.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to synthesize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including defense spending, military capability, readiness, engagement, and contribution metrics; experience with statistical analysis or predictive modeling is highly desirable.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to integrate disparate policy, intelligence, diplomatic, operational, and quantitative data; assess allied contributions and assurance activities; evaluate adversary responses; and translate findings into decision-quality insights for senior leaders.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required in support of task order activities. Contractor personnel may be required to travel as passengers on military transportation into non-hostile areas. All travel is subject to Government approval and applicable Joint Travel Regulation requirements.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess, at task order award or before commencement of work/replacement approval, a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for SCI, NC2, and SAP accesses
• Must comply with the task order DD Form 254 and all applicable USSTRATCOM security instructions, including cybersecurity and physical security requirements
• Must comply with USSTRATCOM in-processing/out-processing procedures and applicable Privacy Act and nondisclosure requirements

- Ensure all international KLEs align with Department of War (DoW)-directed allied burden-sharing requirements.
- Maintain a centralized database that tracks all allied engagements, contributions, and capability metrics to support strategic assessments and senior leader decision-making.
- Analyze and report on adversary responses to U.S. and allied strategic messaging, exercises, and engagements, providing assessments on whether U.S. and allied actions are successfully imposing costs and altering the adversary's decision calculus.
- Provide analytical support focused on measuring the tangible contributions of allies, their alignment with U.S. economic and security interests, and the risks of over-extending U.S. commitments to free-riding nations.
- Translate high-level strategy into operational concepts related to strategic deterrence theory and the U.S. nuclear enterprise, including the extension of nuclear deterrence to non-nuclear allies.
- Synthesize disparate qualitative and quantitative data sources, including policy documents, intelligence reporting, diplomatic cables, and operational data, to produce clear, concise, and data-driven assessments for senior leader decision-making.

- Ability to maintain and analyze engagement, contribution, and capability data for strategic assessments
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
