Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst to support Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Undersea at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA! We are seeking a candidate to directly support the Deputy Director of PAE Undersea with program analysis and management support. You will contribute directly to the development and delivery of undersea warfare capabilities to the Fleet.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in and support internal and external meetings and briefings. The Contractor shall interface between PAE Undersea, OPNAV Resource Sponsors and various stakeholders and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain liaison with high level staff in offices throughout the submarine and undersea warfare enterprises and the greater Naval community and coordinate the resolution of issues for final Government approval.
- Manage program documentation and correspondence, including drafting official letters, memorandums, point papers, briefings, decision papers, etc.
- Support all budgetary and financial drills for PAE Undersea. This includes:
- Reviewing and providing input for various appropriations (SCN, RDTEN, OPN, WPN, OMN).
- Updating Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue sheets and briefing slides.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and conferences for senior leaders (timing, attendees, location, logistic and security requirements, transportation, etc).
- Coordinate agenda items, plans and speaking points for various engagements for final Government approval.
- Maintain security protocol throughout office spaces including the proper disposal of sensitive and classified material.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience related to Navy programs, operations, maintenance, warfighting or personnel.
- Experience working with stakeholders at the Pentagon, either operationally or as part of staff.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Proficient in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to analyze and represent data and communicate to decision makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or a related field.
- Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret.
Desired Education and Experience Requirements:
- Recent experience working at the Pentagon
- Recent experience working in Team Submarine
- Masters Degree in a technical or a related field
- Experience with program metrics, Advana, and applying them to Navy processes
- Experience with and knowledgeable of the Navy administrative processes and flag level staffing
