Task Force Talent
Task Force Talent is recruiting data analysts, data managers, data scientists, and imagery scientists for a government contractor client that supports defense intelligence programs. These positions depend on a pending contract award. Openings are in Springfield, Virginia.
Salary range: $140K to $250K, depending on experience level.
Full-time, on-site at client or government locations.
U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI only. An active polygraph is not required, but applicants must be willing to take a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph. We cannot sponsor clearances or visas.

The work:
- Acquire, process, and prepare satellite and airborne imagery for analysis and machine learning.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data standards across systems and security domains.
- Analyze large geospatial data sets and recommend improvements to data and model workflows.
- Assess new sensors and bring their data into existing pipelines.

Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI.
- Experience with Python and SQL, and with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with satellite imagery, remote sensing, or geospatial data. Radar imagery experience is useful for some roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and ETL processes.
- Roles range from mid-level to expert. Some roles include team leadership.
- Willingness to take a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
