Job Purpose:
- The Analytic Facilitator at Knight Federal Solutions Inc will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's analytical capabilities. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph to facilitate complex analytic processes, ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and implementation of analytic frameworks and methodologies to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytic needs and provide expert guidance on data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data, adhering to all compliance and security protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to derive actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the analytical skills of team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in analytics to continually improve processes.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, facilitation, or a similar role within a government or defense-related environment.
- Proven experience working with complex datasets and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in using data visualization tools and software to interpret and present data effectively.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate discussions and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
