Position Overview
Fusion Innovation is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support organizational performance metrics, corporate policy, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines benchmarking, program metrics, management consulting, and data analytics to evaluate performance and identify actionable opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support for approximately 20 Service Level Agreements (SLAs), assess financial implications, and translate complex financial information into clear insights for both finance and non-finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, tracking, and analysis of organizational performance and program metrics.
Conduct benchmarking and process assessments to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support corporate policy initiatives through analysis, documentation, and process improvement recommendations.
Provide administrative support for approximately 20 SLAs, including maintaining documentation, tracking updates, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Use Excel and data analytics tools to organize, analyze, and present performance and financial information.
Support data visualization and reporting using Tableau.
Assess the financial implications of proposed process changes and operational decisions.
Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Apply management consulting approaches to support problem-solving and organizational improvement.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience in benchmarking, program metrics, process improvement, and general management consulting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with Tableau.
Experience analyzing data and communicating findings.
Ability to assess financial implications and explain complex financial information to finance and non-finance professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support SLA administration and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
Exposure to organizational finance and/or contracts-related procedures.
Experience supporting SLA administration, tracking, or maintenance.
Experience supporting corporate policy and organizational performance reporting.
Additional Details
Fusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
Relevant education, certifications, and training;
Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer;
Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation;
Alignment with the position's responsibilities;
Additional specialized skills.
