Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Security Representative (PSR) to join our growing team in Quantico, VA. This role is ideal for a security professional with strong experience supporting DoW
security requirements, including multi-level security environments and Special Access Programs (SAP).
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted Security Subject Matter Expert (SME), helping ensure compliance, strengthen security operations, and support both internal teams and external stakeholders across a complex security environment.

Responsibilities
As our Senior PSR, you will:
- Support a diverse industrial security program across multiple DoW multi-level security environments, including SAP
- Partner with both government and industry stakeholders to build strong working relationships and support mission success
- Help implement and maintain compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)
- Conduct site assessment visits and support training and education for security staff
- Work closely with site leadership to strengthen and support local security programs
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and help address security issues as they arise
- Support internal investigations involving the loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information in accordance with NISP and customer security directives
- Stay current on evolving U.S. Government national security policies and procedures, and help communicate relevant updates to customer organizations
- Help mentor and develop security professionals to maintain a strong, knowledgeable, and high-performing security team
- Serve as a business partner by providing practical, sound security guidance to leaders across the organization
- Support Business Development efforts by helping ensure compliance for classified proposals and contributing to security volumes
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to promote an integrated approach to industrial and cyber security
- Assist in the development of training programs that support the implementation and execution of SAP security requirements
- Help draft and distribute appointment letters for key security roles, including:
- Access Approval Authority (AAA)
- Program Security Officers
- SAP Accrediting Officials
- SAP Personnel Security Officials
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in DoD and/or IC program security management
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience supporting SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP/SCI security standards, policies, processes, and government regulations
- Experience managing and implementing ICD 705 facility requirements for SAP/SCI spaces
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess risk and implement security strategies in a dynamic environment
- Ability to navigate complex security challenges and adapt to evolving requirements
- U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
