Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Serve as Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, and coaching technical teams.
• Drive business process re-engineering and requirements gathering using Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless enterprise-wide technical integration.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $211k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and blockers to maintain high team velocity and protect teams from external interruptions
• Track and communicate sprint health, velocity, burndown, and key performance metrics to stakeholders
• Apply engineering and process modernization methodologies to re-engineer existing workflows and systems
• Lead requirements analysis and document initiatives and epics in Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate between cross-functional project teams to ensure cohesive enterprise-wide integration
• Leverage DevOps and continuous integration principles to align business processes with technical delivery
