Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to support critical initiatives. The designer will partner with Front Office and Department-level leadership to conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact visual products—including executive briefings, infographics, and strategic visual assets—used to inform key stakeholders across the internal client executives, Congress, and the White House. Supporting mission-critical imperatives requires rapid turnaround capabilities, exceptional responsiveness, and an ability to deliver high-quality design work under tight timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-visibility environment, collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating the initiative to take end-to-end ownership of projects throughout the complete design lifecycle.

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field.
· Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual media, or creative Direction.
· Ability to communicate with senior level government officials to guide them through product development.
· Demonstrated experience supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) within executive/front office environments.
· Expert/commanding knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and related design tools).
· Expert knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite
