FMV/Motion GEOINT Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an FMV/Motion GEOINT Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves the real-time and forensic exploitation of Full Motion Video (FMV) and persistent surveillance data to produce actionable intelligence products supporting national security missions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong GEOINT and imagery analysis experience, demonstrate sound analytical judgment, and be comfortable operating in a 24/7 intelligence operations center environment. This position offers the opportunity to support high-priority operational missions while collaborating with intelligence professionals across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Exploit and analyze Full Motion Video (FMV) and persistent surveillance data in support of operational requirements.
- Produce high-quality GEOINT and activity-based intelligence (ABI) products for mission customers.
- Conduct real-time analysis of ongoing intelligence operations and provide actionable reporting.
- Develop intelligence products including summary reports, mission graphics, storyboards, briefings, and other analytical deliverables.
- Support intelligence collection, exploitation, and dissemination activities throughout the intelligence lifecycle.
- Utilize GEOINT exploitation tools and geospatial software to support mission objectives.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and intelligence teams to deliver integrated analytical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
- Minimum of 3+ years of intelligence experience in one or more disciplines including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or All-Source Analysis; OR a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience conducting FMV or motion imagery analysis in an operational environment.
- Completion of a military intelligence training program, intelligence MOS-producing course, or equivalent formal intelligence education.
- Strong understanding of the intelligence cycle and TCPED process (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination).
- Experience supporting real-time intelligence operations and mission execution.
- Ability to simultaneously monitor, exploit, analyze, and report on multiple intelligence streams.
- Proficiency creating intelligence reports, mission graphics, briefings, and analytical products.
- Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as ArcGIS, FalconView, RemoteView, MAAS, IEC, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and briefing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Military imagery intelligence background (35G, 0241, 1N1X1, or equivalent).
- Experience with multi-spectral, hyperspectral, infrared (IR), SAR, or LiDAR imagery exploitation.
- Knowledge of national imagery products and standards.
- Counterterrorism intelligence experience.
- Experience with Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISR platforms including MQ-9 Reaper, MQ-1 Predator, Global Hawk, U-2, or commercial collection systems.
- Experience supporting Combatant Command, Joint Operations Center, or Air Operations Center environments.
- NGA-accredited GEOINT training or formal FMV certification.
- GEOINT Professional Certification or similar credential.
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
