Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in inventory management, you will be providing logistics support, supporting analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer's directorates. In addition, you will:


  • Track, control, and ensure accurate records, efficient storage, and timely availability of products

  • Manage receiving, shipping, and collaborating across directorates to meet business needs for highly technical programs and projects

  • Other duties as assigned




What experience, training, and education do I need?


You must meet the minimum requirements:


  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

  • Proficient in MS Office suite to prepare reports, manage data, and develop materials for senior leadership

  • Have working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and associated automated/manual supply systems to ensure adherence to equipment serviceability standards

  • Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to solve complex problems under pressure

  • Experience providing a high level of customer service, resulting in positive and productive user interactions

  • Experience providing on-call support, including weekends as required, to ensure continuous operational readiness
