ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Contractor Program Manager to support a large Intelligence Community partner’s business operations program. As the Contractor Program Manager, you will direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure successful program execution within established budget, schedule, and performance requirements. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your leadership, program management experience, and ability to manage a large, complex, multi-functional contract of similar size, scope, and complexity, including performance, financial management and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, contract modifications, and required program reporting in a DoW/IC environment. Our core value of Commitment will be paramount to this role as you will serve as the primary management point of contact for program, maintain regular communication with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager, and drive timely resolution of performance, risk, and program execution issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael’s Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
This position is in support of an upcoming opportunity, contingent upon award, and we are actively gathering qualified candidates in preparation for a successful proposal submission.

WHO YOU ARE
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access. Must be willing and able to complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph.
- Must have a Master’s degree in a business-related field and at least Seven (7) Years of Program Management experience managing ~100 FTEs (or more), including demonstrated experience leading large, complex contracts of similar scope and complexity; or, in lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and at least ten (10) years of Program Management experience managing ~100 FTEs (or more) with comparable leadership experience may be accepted.
- Experience managing programs or projects within the Department of War (DoW) and/or Intelligence Community (IC).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable program/project management certification.
- Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of relevant IC Partner’s programs, projects, mission activities, and technical environments at both the programmatic and technical levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure successful program execution within established budget, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Serve as the primary management point of contact for the IC program and contractor support team.
- Oversee contract task execution and ensure timely, accurate delivery of required reports, plans, and other contract deliverables.
- Support all contract/subcontract activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications.
- Maintain regular communication with the COR, Government Program Manager, and other key Government stakeholders.
- Provide timely visibility into contractor performance, significant risks and issues, and associated resolution plans and status.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of relevant IC programs, projects, mission activities, and technical environments at both the programmatic and technical levels.
