Job Description:
LMI is seeking a growth-focused Account Lead/Program Manager to lead a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work for our customer, including data science, AI/ML, software development, modeling and simulation, and related mission solutions. This individual will be accountable for portfolio performance and growth, including securing a prime contract vehicle, shaping new opportunities, and expanding the portfolio through pilots and LMI solutions. This position is an onsite position in the National Capital Region and requires a TS/SCI with Poly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work for a key customer.
- Accountable for portfolio performance, growth, and profitability.
- Secure prime contract vehicles and shape new opportunities.
- Expand the portfolio through pilots and LMI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure adherence to LMI’s values and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the federal sector.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
- Strong understanding of analytics, AI/ML, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Department of Defense or intelligence community programs.
- Knowledge of LMI’s technology and solutions.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and regulations.
