Program Manager (Top Secret/SCI Clearance)

Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program management, you will be supporting overall management and oversight of activities performed by Contractor personnel on the program, supporting analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer’s directorates. In addition, you will:

• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications


• Use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW performance requirements


• Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance


• Assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the performance requirements excluding inherently Governmental functions


• Have the authority to make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments


• Be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues


• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?


You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance


• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


• Demonstrated success in managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity within the last 10 years


• Within the last five years, effectively determined and managed manpower requirements for projects of comparable scope, encompassing a diverse range of technical skills and labor categories


• Experience within the last 5 years in the comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts, utilizing key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
