- Serve as an operational subject matter expert for Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) capabilities, including:
- Joint Cyber Operations (JCO)
- Threat Awareness Sharing Capability (TASC)
- JCC2 Readiness Applications
- Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS)
- Provide operator-focused feedback on system capabilities, workflows, dashboards, and mission support tools used within cyber mission environments.
- Support the integration, testing, and evaluation of JCC2 capabilities to ensure readiness for operational use.
- Collaborate with cyber operators, mission planners, software developers, and government stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and mission visibility.
- Assess how cyber mission systems support real-world operational requirements and recommend enhancements that improve mission execution.
- Support cyber exercises, operational demonstrations, training events, and mission rehearsals.
- Develop operational reports, briefings, after-action summaries, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to modify dashboards, improve reporting, and support operational decision-making.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding cyber mission processes, command-and-control workflows, and operational information requirements.
- Support rapid-response efforts and emerging cyber mission requirements across multiple security domains.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recent experience supporting Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), Cyber Mission Force activities, or related cyber mission environments.
- Experience serving on or directly supporting:
- Combat Mission Teams (CMT)
- Cyber Protection Teams (CPT)
- National Mission Teams (NMT)
- Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C)
- Experience using JCC2 applications or similar cyber command-and-control platforms in an operational environment.
- Knowledge of military cyber operations, mission execution processes, and operational reporting requirements.
- Understanding of network operations, communications infrastructure, and enterprise cyber environments.
- Experience with SQL and dashboard customization or operational data analysis.
- Strong communication and briefing skills.
