• 7+ years of Project Management, Construction Management, Telecommunications Construction, Site Development, Infrastructure Deployment, or related experience.
• Experience leading field-based construction, infrastructure modernization, or telecommunications deployment projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction crews, field technicians, installation teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, site plans, engineering packages, and project documentation.
• Understanding of site development, utility infrastructure, electrical systems, concrete foundations/footers, structural installations, and construction readiness activities.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with experience presenting project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) to project locations throughout the continental United States (CONUS).

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure construction and deployment projects across geographically dispersed locations. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, field technicians, construction vendors, and installation partners throughout all phases of project execution.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from a telecommunications construction, tower construction, wireless infrastructure, electrical construction, site development, utilities, or similar field-based environment and is comfortable leading projects from site assessment through final implementation.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple infrastructure construction, deployment, and site development projects simultaneously.
• Conduct site surveys and field assessments to evaluate project readiness and identify infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate construction activities, installation schedules, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Provide oversight of site preparation, civil construction activities, electrical infrastructure, equipment installations, and overall site readiness efforts.
• Lead customer meetings and act as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering teams regarding site layouts, infrastructure designs, technical requirements, and field conditions.
• Manage and provide direction to field technicians, installation resources, subcontractors, and construction vendors across multiple active project sites.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, construction progress, and project deliverables.
• Review site drawings, construction plans, engineering packages, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed according to scope, schedule, and customer expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project acceptance, turnover, and closeout activities.
Compensation:
$57hr to $77hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
