The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, operations, and sustainment of mission-critical applications, data analytics products, and services. This role supports the full software development lifecycle, including application development, testing, deployment, cloud administration, system maintenance, data integration, and continuous improvement within a secure mission environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong full stack development experience, hands-on knowledge of AWS and DevOps technologies, and the ability to translate mission and business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to maintain existing capabilities while identifying opportunities for system enhancements and modernization.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications and data analytics products, including data solutions, applications, APIs, and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain front-end, back-end, database, and supporting application components using documented and repeatable software and data engineering practices.
- Perform Operations and Sustainment (O&S) activities to maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and functionality of mission applications and supporting systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, database, and infrastructure issues following reported outages, service degradation, or performance concerns.
- Develop and maintain application code and database configurations to meet operational, reliability, availability, and functionality requirements.
- Perform corrective, preventive, adaptive, and perfective maintenance of existing software and applications in accordance with Government requirements.
- Support Agile software development and maintenance activities, including enhancements and modifications to existing applications and feature sets.
- Develop and support APIs and RESTful CRUD services used to integrate applications, data, and supporting systems.
- Administer cloud environments, including C2S, AWS, and Cloud Foundry, and support continuous monitoring, operating system upgrades, software upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
- Perform required software and server upgrades in accordance with NGA SWAP-approved versions and established configuration standards.
- Administer user account access requests, account provisioning, and related access management activities.
- Support annual Continuity Planning and Testing activities, including updates within the NOC CP Tool and preparation of required evidentiary documentation.
- Review and maintain software and configuration information within XACTA 360 and Service+ CMDB in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and the Enterprise Service Catalog.
- Identify system enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and supporting capability business cases.
- Develop and provide technical training as new systems, enhancements, and capabilities transition into operational use.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams while effectively communicating with Government stakeholders, management, and senior leadership.
- Independently initiate, manage, execute, track, and report technical tasks and deliverables as required by the Government.
Qualifications:
Required
- TS/SCI -CI Poly or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of software development and/or full stack development experience using technologies and tools such as:JavaScript and TypeScriptPythonNode.jsCommand-line tools such as NPMGitAWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, ELB, and related cloud technologies
- Working knowledge of object-oriented software design principles and development practices.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and system administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with software design, development, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Experience developing or supporting APIs and RESTful CRUD services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, databases, cloud environments, and supporting infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to identify system enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and potential business cases.
- Experience providing technical support and communicating with leadership, management, customers, and internal and external stakeholders.
