TTG-372 - Financial Systems Integrator - $203,850 Total Compensa

TTG Solutions is seeking experienced Financial Systems Integrators to join our innovative team supporting a key government customer. This role involves delivering engineering services for network infrastructure and sophisticated enterprise computing environments, making it a challenging and rewarding experience. Key responsibilities include producing clear communications for technical and non-technical audiences, tracking action items, and supporting various integration activities. Provide technical support for account provisioning with major cloud service providers. Analyze user requirements and enhance existing systems. Perform Tier 1 support for cloud account issues. Coordinate customer meetings and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Communicate critical information to customers and project teams, ensuring all needs are met promptly.Full Performance Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.

Requirements: 3 yrs - 5 yrs 11 mos

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a BS or MS degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; 5 years of experience without a degree
• Experience using MS Access DB
• Proficiency in MS Excel, especially creating pivot tables
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Experience using Linux command line
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities

• Experience with billing systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:
