About the Job
The Global COSA will support the C2BMC program and will be responsible for performing daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24×7 operations and test environment.

Schedule
Shift work – COSAs will work a Rotating Panama schedule.
- 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off – 7 shifts in a 14-day period. 36 hrs one week, 48 hours the second week.
- Shifts are 12 hrs long – Day shift 0600 – 1800 & Night shift 1800 – 0600
- Rotating between days and nights every 30 days. Example, day shift for a month, then switch to nights for a month, then switch back to days, etc.
- COSAs will always work a Sat or a Sun.
- 24×7 Ops floor, so COSAs will work holidays if it happens to fall in their schedule (Unless PTO is worked out at least 30 days in advance).
The Work You’ll Do
The selected candidate will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24×7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense. The candidate will provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software, and networks. The candidate will document and report all events/issues to leadership. The candidate will receive tasking and direction from the leadership for all operations, test & real-world events. The candidate will also assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO. Operates and sustains the C2BMC-G mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions supported by C2BMC’s presence in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC). Performs other duties and assignments as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 0-3+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 0-1+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance (currently in use) required to start
- Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification required to start, and must be maintained through full contract period
- Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
- Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows)
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
- Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity
Preferred
- Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems
- Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA)
- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Basic scripting (Bash)
- Active Directory experience
Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000
