Summary:
• Develop machine learning models, statistical algorithms, and data visualizations to analyze complex datasets.
• Program robust analytics using Python, R, SQL, and MATLAB.
• Build and optimize Large Language Models, RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows utilizing GPU-accelerated computing.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $276k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop AI, machine learning, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze data and resolve complex technical problems.
• Design, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and agentic workflows for NLP and information retrieval.
• Utilize GPU-based computing environments to accelerate model training, evaluation, and operational deployment.
• Extract raw data from varied formats such as SQL tables, structured metadata, and network logs to engineer robust feature vectors.
• Design simulations and experimental frameworks to generate synthetic data when training datasets are unavailable.
• Evaluate and validate model performance using cross-validation, ROC curves, confusion matrices, and relevant statistical metrics.
• Implement and integrate prototype algorithms into production frameworks to streamline analyst workflows.
• Create interactive data visualizations and technical reports summarizing datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Guide team members in analytic development processes and oversee individual analytic efforts.
