Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering and transfer and decommission efforts to deploy and optimize critical dataflow solutions.
• Modernize mission dataflows by migrating existing hardware-based pipelines into virtual cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with operational teams to analyze requirements and engineer scalable data routing systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $254k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Review, process, and generate Dataflow Management Requests (DMRs) to design robust dataflow architectures.
• Execute transfer and decommission (T&D) initiatives transitioning legacy mission systems to modernized platforms.
• Build, configure, and modernize dataflows leveraging Apache NiFi and mission data format standards.
• Develop comprehensive system architectural diagrams illustrating software and system functions.
• Translate analytical and operational needs into formal technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with operations personnel to rebuild, deploy, and validate dataflow solutions in cloud environments.
