Summary:
• Develop machine learning models, statistical algorithms, and advanced analytics to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Build, optimize, and deploy Large Language Models, RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows leveraging GPU-accelerated computing resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to automate data analysis workflows and communicate findings through data visualizations.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $276k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop machine learning, data mining, statistical, and heuristic algorithms to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Design, tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for NLP tasks.
• Leverage GPU-based computing resources to accelerate model training, testing, and deployment.
• Extract and transform raw data from sources including SQL tables, structured metadata, and network logs into feature vectors.
• Prototype and evaluate models using standard validation metrics such as cross-validation, ROC curves, and confusion matrices.
• Design experiments to generate synthetic or simulated data when training datasets are unavailable.
• Produce clear data visualizations and technical reports to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide analytic development efforts and integrate prototype algorithms into production workflows.
