Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Execute end-to-end systems engineering within Agile workflows to support the maturation and enhancement of outreach software tools.
• Evaluate and refine software functionality through user experience and usability testing to deliver effective solutions.
• Define technical requirements, integrate COTS and GOTS software products, manage documentation in Confluence, and track tasks using Jira.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $290k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Perform end-to-end systems engineering in support of product teams using Agile development methods.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and product teams focused on user feedback-driven design, content management, messaging, and service marketing.
• Conduct usability and user experience testing to identify opportunities for improving software functionality.
• Integrate and extend COTS and GOTS products from multiple vendors.
• Develop systems performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale programs.
• Create and maintain program documentation in Confluence and manage development tasks using Jira.
• Support web page and interface design, leveraging knowledge of JavaScript and Mustache syntax.
