Position Summary:
Cherokee Strategic Edge (CSE) is seeking a Knowledge Manager - Mid to provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

Starting Salary Range for Knowledge Manager - Mid: $75,000 - $81,000

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Includes the following:
• Provide support for the Modeling, Analytics, and Threat Data Division (MSIC2) along with other DIA elements, as required.
• Provide data management and analytics supporting the IMDC and assists in the production of presentations or documents communicating relevant data and analytics.
• Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
• Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Maintains Intellipedia and related sites.
• Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
• Have comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
• Must have the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Have the ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph. Candidates holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance without the polygraph may be selected; the ability to obtain the required Counterintelligence polygraph is a condition of the position and will be completed as part of the hiring process.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred to have at least eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
• Desired to have at least a Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
