Position Summary:
The Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) Integrator provides subject matter expertise to U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), its components and task forces, and mission-critical interagency partners in support of the Commander's priorities. This role helps the government coordinate DOMEX requirements and initiatives across assigned and emerging missions, operational and contingency plans, and exercises. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across document, media, digital, technical, and intelligence exploitation. They work independently to manage requirements, identify solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely results.

Basic Qualifications:
Leadership & Team Development:
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an action officer in a senior-level command, including an Interagency Headquarters, Joint Staff, Combatant Command (COCOM), or equivalent command.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter, independently identify requirements, prioritize competing demands, troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and execute assignments through completion with limited supervision
Compliance & Quality Support:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience writing plans, policy, CONOPS, operations orders, or MOA/MOUs at the command level.
• Experience producing and quality-controlling intelligence and exploitation products at the operational and strategic levels.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Demonstrated ability to exploit and analyze documents, imagery, digital media, electronic files, computer data, databases, metadata, and other collected information.
• Experience with forensic documentation, case information, files-of-interest reporting, and technical reporting.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate DOMEX technical proficiency, analytical judgment, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, mission focus, and independent problem-solving ability.
• This position requires an individual who can take a requirement from initial tasking through research, acquisition, exploitation, analysis, coordination, quality control, reporting, and final delivery.
Technical & Systems Support:
• Understanding of intelligence processes and the application of multiple intelligence disciplines to DOMEX, including HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, counterterrorism, targeting, and all-source intelligence.
• Technical proficiency with exploitation systems, databases, servers, storage media, and associated IT environments.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution OR ten (10) years of direct experience supporting exploitation in military or civilian environments.
• Strong professional experience with DOMEX, MEDEX, digital media exploitation, computer/digital investigations, forensic exploitation, or directly related exploitation activities.
• Broad proficiency across DOMEX functions rather than experience limited to a single exploitation discipline.
• Ability to identify information of intelligence value from large or complex collections of digital and physical information.
• Travel is required during the performance of the contract to support and conduct operational requirements and to attend meetings, conferences, and training.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with National Harmony or comparable national-level intelligence repositories.
• Experience working with DIA, NMEC, DIA exploitation organizations, or equivalent Intelligence Community exploitation organizations.
• Previous experience supporting USSOUTHCOM, another COCOM, Joint Staff, Task Force, or senior operational headquarters.
• Experience supporting intelligence disciplines including HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, counterterrorism, targeting, and all-source intelligence.
• Experience with UAV/UAS-derived imagery, video, sensor data, metadata, or related media exploitation.
• Knowledge of Latin America and Caribbean regional issues, including relevant security, intelligence, political-military, and operational environments.
• Experience working in Joint, Intelligence Community, and interagency environments.
• UAV/UAS exploitation is an additional desired capability; it is not the primary focus of the position.
• The primary requirement remains comprehensive proficiency across the DOMEX mission set.
Work Environment:
The candidate must be willing and able to travel as mission requirements dictate, including travel in support of assigned and ad hoc operational requirements.
