Position Summary
Support USARCENT G4 logistics operations with supply management, property accountability, asset visibility, materiel readiness, and theater-level sustainment coordination across the USCENTCOM AOR.
Key Responsibilities
• Support multi-class supply planning and sustainment activities for operations, contingencies, and exercises.
• Maintain asset visibility and help reconcile supply and property-accountability records.
• Analyze logistics and supply data to identify trends, shortages, risks, and opportunities to improve readiness.
• Support materiel distribution, new-equipment fielding, shelf-life management, and property accountability.
• Assist subordinate units and staff sections with supply and accountability issues.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with Army, Joint, interagency, and multinational partners as required.
• Prepare logistics reports, trackers, briefings, and decision-support products for G4 leadership.
Required Qualifications
• Relevant experience in Army/DoD supply, property accountability, logistics management, or materiel readiness.
• Ability to analyze supply data, maintain accurate records, and work across multiple organizations.
• Strong written communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Headquarters-level or theater logistics experience within an ASCC, COCOM, or similar organization.
Additional Requirements
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
• Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.

This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned USARCENT staff section.
