Position Summary
Support the USARCENT G4 Materiel Readiness mission by monitoring equipment readiness, analyzing maintenance data, coordinating maintenance operations, and providing decision-quality information to logistics leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and refine materiel-readiness review processes and coordinate with Major Subordinate Commands to identify readiness trends and systemic maintenance issues.
• Track and analyze readiness of critical combat and support systems during exercises and contingency operations.
• Provide maintenance tracking data and analysis to the G4 staff for timely decisions.
• Coordinate compliance with Safety of Use Messages, Ground Precautionary Messages, Maintenance Advisory Messages, and other mandatory technical directives.
• Identify gaps in maintenance policy and recommend process improvements that reduce downtime and improve readiness.
• Maintain effective working relationships with subordinate units, program managers, contractors, and logistics stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Relevant Army/DoD maintenance management, equipment-readiness, fleet-management, or sustainment experience.
• Ability to analyze maintenance/readiness data and communicate findings to senior staff.
• Knowledge of Army maintenance processes, policies, and readiness reporting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Headquarters-level maintenance or materiel-readiness experience supporting theater operations.
Additional Requirements
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
• Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.

This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned USARCENT staff section.
