Job Description
Excel at organizing complex engineering projects and turning high-level goals into clear, actionable development plans. The ideal candidates will have the technical hands-on background needed to oversee our gateways, search pipelines, and security sandboxes. Must have a proven track record of coordinating engineering teams, keeping projects on schedule, and delivering reliable software within budget.
Candidates should be conversational and familiar with:
• AI Infrastructure: Practical experience with API gateways, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LLM latency-cost trade-offs.
• RAG Pipelines: Proven ability to optimize vector databases, chunking strategies, and retrieval evaluation metrics.
• Agent Orchestration: Understanding of containerized agent sandboxes (Docker/WASM) and preventing costly agent loops.
• Ruthless Delivery Discipline: Track record of shipping platform software on time while managing compute budgets and cloud costs.
