Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems handling processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development.
• Manipulate extremely large data sets, architect high-performance data processing pipelines, and deploy resilient real-time architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across full lifecycle software development using modern cloud, big data, and automation technologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $310k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design, architecture, and performance standards.
• Design, code, debug, and test new software and modifications using Java, Python, and modern software engineering practices.
• Design and implement complex algorithms adhering to strict timing, system resource, and interface constraints.
• Develop and optimize complex data queries, schemas, and interfaces utilizing Hadoop, Accumulo, and relational repositories.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native infrastructure and solutions leveraging AWS and Terraform.
• Lead software development teams, mentor technical staff, and perform comprehensive quality control across deliverables.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate installation, define interfaces, and evaluate system trade-offs.
