Job Description
Strategic Growth Partners provides both operations and strategic support to Tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. Our client is a family of SBA-certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified companies delivering IT, management consulting, and general construction solutions to the Federal Government and commercial sector.
They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Cyber Exercise Planner to join their USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch team onsite in Doral, FL. This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility. In this role as the prime technical expert, you will design challenging, realistic, and relevant exercise scenarios that meet strategic and operational objectives. You will interact with senior personnel and guide the development of high-level training and contingency operations.

Compensation: $140,000 – 155,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and assessment of major joint and CCMD exercises (e.g., PANAMAX, FUSED RESPONSE, SOUTHERN DEFENDER).
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Cyberspace Operations exercises, representing the organization and coordinating with senior external personnel.
Develop strategic, operational, and tactical training objectives, scenarios, and MSEL injects.
Facilitate the development of Cyberspace Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
Lead and manage the Cyber Exercise Coordination Working Group (CECWG).
Analyze exercise results, draw conclusions, and devise recommended solutions for executive-level leadership.
Develop and present "4-star" level information papers, executive summaries, and briefs to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience and a complete understanding of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), Joint Training System (JTS), and varying exercise constructs (LFX, TTX, CPX, etc.).
Proven experience in a CCMD / "3-4 star" level headquarters environment, with a strong background in Staff Action Officer planning.
Deep understanding of Joint Level Operational Planning (OPLANS/CONPLANS) and Crisis Action Planning.
Expertise in Cyberspace Operations, including Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), and DoD Information Network Operations (DODIN OPS).
Must possess the required security clearance to work in a classified environment.
Ability and willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
