Description
The Senior Joint Education Program Manager will provide advanced technical and systems knowledge of academic institution operations at the graduate level, especially admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations, and management of integrated organizational development efforts.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Integrate highly specialized pedagogical approaches, workforce assessments, databases, and web development leading to joint training synergy.
- Provide advice on esoteric problems requiring extensive knowledge in educational lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
- Design and prepare comprehensive technical reports, studies, related documentation, charts, and graphs. Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as the SME.
Required Experience
Personnel shall have at least 10 years' direct experience routinely interfacing with academic institutions (i.e., major universities) at the graduate level regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations, and have a working knowledge of program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
