SALARY RANGE $85,000 - $142,000/year.
DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Systems Engineer I role, you will contribute to and support systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle. In this capacity, you will assist with requirements analysis, system architecture modeling, technical documentation, system integration, and verification testing for complex hardware and software systems. Working under general technical direction, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, analysts, and government stakeholders to translate user needs into technical specifications, evaluate alternative system approaches, and help ensure the technical integrity and quality of engineering deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS Seven (7) years of experience as a System Engineer supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required, alongside a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional system engineering experience may be substituted in place of the bachelor's degree.

- Data Classification & Tagging: Design, configure, and maintain Titus/Fortra data classification policies across email and document workflows; ensure accurate metadata tagging and attribute assignments; standardize sensitivity labeling using CCV/LCV architectures.
- DLP & Data Governance: Build, tune, and optimize Varonis/Fortra DLP and data governance policies; automate sensitive-data discovery and continuous access monitoring; enforce attribute-based access controls across enterprise file shares.
- Architecture Integration: Engineer the integration of Titus/Fortra Data Classification Suite (DCS) within CCV/LCV enterprise architectures to ensure partner compatibility and seamless cross-domain policy alignment.
- Logging, Analytics & Visualization: Automate the ingestion and parsing of Titus, Varonis, Virtru, and CCV/LCV security logs into Elastic; build real-time dashboards to track sensitive data movement; analyze event logs for policy violations and anomalies.
