C4I All-Source Analyst, Mid

Streamline Defense is seeking mid-level C4I All-Source Analysts to support a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) mission on-site at Maryland Square 2 in Riverdale, MD. Multiple positions are available. An active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph is required.

• Analyze C4I and telecommunications networks in support of DIA all-source intelligence requirements.
• Apply SIGINT tools and databases to develop network and target knowledge.
• Produce high-quality written assessments and briefings tailored to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and mission partners across the IC and Combatant Command environment.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
• 3 years of experience in C4I or telecommunications networks analysis and a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years of experience in C4I or telecommunications networks analysis.
• Knowledge of SIGINT tools and databases.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

• Experience providing Network Development or SIGINT Target Packages.
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent.
