Job Description
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required for All Roles:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to be processed for a Public Trust Clearance
Appian Senior Developer Consultants:
- Years of Experience: 3 - 6 years of Appian Development
- Expected to be a Project Lead, provide oversight over multiple junior developers under them, assign user stories, participate in code reviews, interact with the customer in requirements gathering sessions and provide quality products
Appian Principal Developer Consultant
- Years of Experience: 5 – 8 years of Appian Development
- All expectations of a Senior Appian Consultant, but elevated. These candidates will support large-scale projects, may have multiple agile teams working on the program, may be working on multiple projects at the same time, and will grow the impact across multiple clients.
Appian Architect
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of Appian Experience with strong Appian Architecture Experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
• Supports design, development, and test activities
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
• Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources
Compensation:
$120,000 to $210,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
