Overview
Seeking a highly experienced GNC Engineer to lead the development of advanced guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for aerospace, missile, and flight systems. This role focuses on seeker modeling, target tracking, state estimation, flight software development, and 6-DOF simulation analysis.

Overview
Seeking a highly experienced GNC Engineer to lead the development of advanced guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for aerospace, missile, and flight systems. This role focuses on seeker modeling, target tracking, state estimation, flight software development, and 6-DOF simulation analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and validate GNC algorithms and flight software.
- Develop and maintain 6-DOF simulations for system analysis and verification.
- Perform guidance law development, state estimation, and control system analysis.
- Support seeker modeling, target tracking, and mission performance assessments.
- Conduct trade studies, simulation campaigns, and system integration activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) engineering.
- Strong experience with C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and Linux environments.
- Experience with aerospace, missile, spacecraft, or autonomous system development.
- Proven experience in modeling, simulation, integration, and analysis of flight systems.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain required clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 6-DOF simulations and rigid body dynamics.
- Expertise in Kalman Filters, EKF, State Estimation, LQR, and PID Control.
- Experience with Target Tracking, Seeker Systems, and Guidance Systems.
- Background supporting missile, launch vehicle, or hypersonic programs.
- Experience with Jira, version control systems, and CI/CD tools.
