The Opportunity:

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is a premier Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) training enterprise, preparing Counterintelligence (CI) personnel to protect our nation against evolving adversarial threats. JCITA delivers advanced CI training that equips agents with the knowledge and skills needed to counter espionage, terrorism, insider threats, and foreign intelligence entity (FIE) activities targeting U.S. interests.

Since its inception, the JCITA Instructor program has expanded well beyond its original vision, adapting to the increasingly complex CI mission and evolving operational requirements. Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class instruction for the Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC), preparing CI Agents to plan and conduct effective CI collection operations.
• Plan, develop, and execute training and certification programs that prepare CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection in accordance with Executive Order 12333 and DoDI-S 5240.17 .
• Train CI Agents to identify and detect FIE activities targeting the DoD, respond to validated CI requirements, and support the identification, exploitation, disruption, manipulation, or neutralization of adversarial intelligence operations targeting DoD and U.S. interests.
• Deliver classroom instruction and evaluate student performance during field exercises. Training days frequently exceed eight hours, may include weekends, and require travel throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) and CONUS.
• Apply blended learning methodologies, incorporating eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, assigned readings, case studies, role-playing scenarios, and practical demonstrations to develop and assess essential operational skills.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph or the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Five (5) years of experience conducting CI or HUMINT collection operations.
• Graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
• Completion of at least one of the following CI or HUMINT source-handling courses: MCC, ACICC, JMCCC, DATC, ASOTC, MOTC, FTC, OTC, or an equivalent Intelligence Community school; or experience conducting Level II MCC in accordance with DoDI-S 5240.17.
• Previous experience serving as a CI Collector, with demonstrated experience conducting the full operational cycle.
• Ability to sit and stand for up to four (4) hours at a time and walk up to five (5) miles in a single day.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
