Summary:
• Develop and implement software enhancements predominantly using Java within an agile engineering environment.
• Architect and deploy service-oriented and microservice solutions integrating MongoDB, MySQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, derive user stories, and execute integration and testing.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $273k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Perform enterprise software development primarily in Java to create and implement enhancements to existing capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain service-oriented architectures and microservice solutions.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineers in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence to analyze requirements and define user stories.
• Integrate and query relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Develop software components and scripts utilizing Python.
• Perform integration, software testing, and debugging on integrated applications.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and bug fixes for deployed capabilities.
• Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and manage code repositories via GitLab.
