Nalley Consulting is seeking a full-time mid-level All Source Analyst focusing on C4I.
Position: C4ISR Analyst

Location: College Park, MD

Position:
As a C4I all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of network development and all source analysis you will provide C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on military's national C4I organizations, systems, processes, technologies, and telecommunications networks, identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity, and provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint or national C4I functions.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity
Nice to Have:
- Experience in computer engineering or network development
- Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
