GEONT Analyst - Exploitation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support critical intelligence missions within a highly classified environment. The selected candidate will leverage advanced geospatial analysis techniques, NGA products, and all-source intelligence to develop actionable intelligence supporting military, government, and national security stakeholders.

This role is ideal for analysts with strong experience in terrain analysis, mission planning, GIS technologies, intelligence production, and operational support within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source geospatial intelligence analysis utilizing NGA standard products, including Area of Responsibility (AOR) assessments, Chart Series, and marginalia data.
- Research, acquire, evaluate, and compile GEOINT products to support operational and strategic mission requirements.
- Analyze terrain, infrastructure, transportation networks, hydrographic features, and aeronautical characteristics to support planning and intelligence activities.
- Produce high-quality intelligence products, including written assessments, visualizations, maps, briefings, and operational reports.
- Maintain situational awareness of regional developments, geopolitical trends, and emerging security concerns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence professionals across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and other intelligence disciplines.
- Respond to time-sensitive intelligence requirements while maintaining analytical rigor and quality standards.
- Utilize GIS platforms and remote sensing technologies to manipulate, analyze, and visualize geospatial datasets.
- Present intelligence findings and recommendations to government customers, mission partners, and senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytical tradecraft and best practices.
- Support intelligence production workflows, quality assurance activities, and dissemination processes.

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph following customer indoctrination.
- High School Diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of military experience, certifications, and training.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or national security missions.
- Strong knowledge of NGA products, Chart Series, Area of Responsibility data structures, and marginalia conventions.
- Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and/or QGIS.
- Background in military operations, intelligence analysis, mission planning, or terrain analysis.
- Strong understanding of topography, hydrography, transportation systems, urban infrastructure, and aeronautical considerations.
- Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple intelligence sources into actionable intelligence products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting classified operational or intelligence missions.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases and data extraction techniques.
- Programming or scripting experience using Python, Java, C++, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain intelligence concepts.
- Academic background in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline.
- Experience with collaborative intelligence production environments and workflow tools.
- Training in structured analytic techniques and critical-thinking methodologies.
- Regional expertise supporting areas of strategic national security interest.
