Job Description
Razor is expanding its network of independent recruiting partners and is seeking experienced cleared recruiters with established relationships in the TS/SCI and polygraph community.
This is not a traditional recruiting position. We are looking for recruiters who are already embedded in the cleared technical market and have an active network of professionals supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and other federal programs.
The ideal recruiting partner has demonstrated success identifying and engaging difficult-to-find cleared professionals, particularly candidates holding TS/SCI clearances with CI or Full Scope Polygraphs.
The Opportunity
As an Independent Cleared Recruiter supporting Razor, you will have the opportunity to work selected high-priority cleared requirements based on your experience, candidate network, and areas of specialization.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 position. Independent recruiting partners will leverage their existing professional networks, candidate relationships, referrals, and sourcing resources to identify and introduce qualified cleared professionals.
Razor manages the client relationship, employment process, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and ongoing employment of candidates hired through our programs. Our independent recruiting partners focus on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and introducing exceptional cleared talent.

Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success recruiting and placing TS/SCI-cleared professionals.
- Experience recruiting candidates with CI and/or Full Scope Polygraphs.
- An established and active network within the cleared technical community.
- Existing relationships with candidates supporting the Intelligence Community, DoD, and federal government programs.
- Experience recruiting across software, cloud, cybersecurity, systems, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of cleared talent markets, particularly Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Fort Meade, and Annapolis Junction.
- Experience supporting federal contractors and government programs.
- Ability to independently identify, engage, qualify, and introduce candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly on difficult and high-priority requirements.
- Strong communication and candidate relationship-management skills.
